Privacy notice for this website.
The short version: this site collects nothing about you unless you submit the booking form, sets no cookies, and runs no trackers. The details are below.
Last updated: 29 August 2026. This notice covers the website lumen-ioi.com. Processing inside the Lumen platform for customers is governed by separate customer agreements.
Who we are
This website is operated by Omnitech UK Limited ("Omnitech", "we"), the controller for personal data collected through it. You can reach us — including our Data Protection Officer — at [email protected], or via the contact form on this site.
What we collect
Booking form. If you request a site walkthrough, we collect the details you submit: your name, work email address, company or site name, and any message you include. The request is also stored with the date and time and the country your request came from.
Service logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard connection data (such as IP addresses) transiently to deliver the site and protect it from abuse, as any web host does.
Nothing else. This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising trackers, and does not fingerprint or profile visitors.
Why we process it
We use booking-form details for one purpose: responding to your enquiry and arranging the walkthrough you requested. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you initiate — and, where your enquiry leads towards a contract, taking steps at your request before entering into one.
Where it's stored and who sees it
Submissions are stored encrypted at rest in Cloudflare's infrastructure (Cloudflare acts as our processor for hosting and storage) and are accessible only to Omnitech staff handling enquiries. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers needed to operate this site.
How long we keep it
Booking enquiries are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up you've asked for. Stored submissions are automatically deleted no later than 90 days after they are made.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction or erasure of your personal data, restriction of or objection to its processing, and portability. Contact us at [email protected] and your request will be handled under our data-protection procedures. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If we change what this website collects or how, we will update this notice and its date.
