This website
- Encrypted in transit. lumen-ioi.com is served exclusively over HTTPS via Cloudflare's global network, which also provides DDoS protection at the edge.
- Minimal collection. The only data this site collects is what you type into the walkthrough booking form: name, work email, company and an optional message. There are no user accounts and no payment processing on this site.
- No trackers. The site sets no cookies and runs no third-party analytics or advertising scripts.
- Contained storage. Form submissions are stored encrypted at rest in Cloudflare's infrastructure, access-controlled to Omnitech, and used only to respond to your enquiry. Details are in the privacy notice.
The organisation
Omnitech UK Limited operates an integrated management system (IMS) covering information security, quality and data protection: controlled policies and procedures, a maintained risk register and treatment plan, supplier evaluation, incident response and business-continuity planning, with documents under formal version control and review.
The Lumen platform
The Lumen platform itself runs in a separate, dedicated environment — not on this marketing site's infrastructure. A customer security and sub-processor pack covering the platform's architecture, data handling and controls is available to customers and prospects under evaluation — request it through a walkthrough booking or your Omnitech contact.
